Freshly sliced pork belly on a wooden cutting board, accompanied by jars of spices and herbs, including paprika and turmeric, with green basil leaves and a vintage pepper grinder. Ideal for gourmet cooking and meal preparation.

Pasture Raised Pork

Our pigs are raised on pasture and are constantly moved to new grass where they can forage. They are also fed a local GMO-free feed so that their meat is even more tender and flavorful. We raise Berkshire and a Hampshire/Berkshire cross which results in a different experience from your usual supermarket pork.

Pasture Raised Poultry

Our chickens are moved to a new patch of grass daily. They’re treated humanely (dare we say pampered?) with open space and plenty of bugs and grass for foraging. You can taste the difference in quality!

Raw whole chicken on a dark slate cutting board, surrounded by fresh ingredients including cherry tomatoes, garlic, and sprigs of thyme, alongside bowls of mixed peppercorns and sea salt, with a kitchen knife positioned nearby.
Fried eggs served on a bed of fresh spinach atop toasted bread, accompanied by uncracked eggs and decorative stones on a dark background. Perfect for a nutritious breakfast or brunch.

Eggs

Just like our other chickens, our hens are moved daily to fresh grass for them to forage as well as being fed a locally grown and milled GMO-free feed. They lay eggs with bright orange, vitamin-rich yolks-- a difference you can see and taste! After you try our eggs, eggs will not only be for breakfast anymore.

Ready to Lay Pullets

For those wanting to start a backyard flock or add to your existing flock, we can help you. We raise the chicks up to the point at which they are about to begin to lay eggs (16-20 weeks). This way you can skip the costs and maintenance of having to raise them in the brooder and have fresh eggs from the start. Our ready to lay pullets are Plymouth Barred Rock chickens which lay a brown egg at a rate of 200+ per year.

A group of colorful baby chicks, including yellow, black, and reddish-brown varieties, gathered on the ground with a hen in the background, showcasing their fluffy feathers and curious expressions in a natural outdoor setting.
